This Limited Warranty (this "Warranty") is issued by BuderBoard, doing business as BlendWave ("BuderBoard," "Warrantor," "we," "us," or "our"), to the original retail purchaser ("Purchaser," "you," or "your") of a BlendWave portable blender (the "Product") purchased directly from blendwave.store. This Warranty is extended solely to the original Purchaser and is not transferable.

This Warranty applies once that 30-day window has closed, covers confirmed product defects only, and its remedy is a free replacement unit — not a cash refund.
1. Warranty Coverage
Subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations set forth in this Warranty, BuderBoard warrants to the Purchaser that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal personal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery of the Product (the "Warranty Period").
2. Exclusive Remedy
If the Product is found to contain a defect covered under Section 1 during the Warranty Period, BuderBoard's sole obligation, and Purchaser's exclusive remedy, shall be the provision of a replacement unit of the same model, or a comparable current model if the original is no longer available, at no charge to the Purchaser. BuderBoard does not provide repair service under this Warranty. Purchaser is not required to return the defective Product to BuderBoard in order to receive a replacement; BuderBoard may, in its discretion, request photographic or video documentation of the claimed defect as a condition of processing a claim.
3. Exclusions
This Warranty does not cover, and BuderBoard shall have no liability for, any defect, damage, or malfunction arising from or related to:
- misuse, abuse, accident, or negligence;
- submersion or water exposure beyond ordinary incidental contact with the Product's sealed base;
- disassembly, modification, or repair performed by any party other than BuderBoard;
- commercial, rental, or other non-personal use of the Product;
- normal wear and tear, including without limitation blade dulling and cosmetic wear;
- use of chargers, cables, or accessories not supplied by BuderBoard; or
- Products purchased from a reseller not authorized by BuderBoard.
4. Claim Procedure
To submit a claim under this Warranty, Purchaser must, within the Warranty Period, contact BuderBoard at support@blendwave.store and provide: (i) the applicable order number; (ii) a description of the claimed defect; and (iii) photographic or video documentation of the claimed defect. BuderBoard will respond to properly submitted claims within 2 business days of receipt.
5. Limitation of Implied Warranties
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE FOREGOING LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BUDERBOARD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF BUDERBOARD HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
7. State Law Rights
This Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
8. Governing Law
This Warranty shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
9. Entire Agreement
This document sets forth the entire warranty provided by BuderBoard with respect to the Product and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous understanding, whether oral or written, regarding its subject matter.
